A Saskatchewan man charged in the death of a highway flag person from New Brunswick is going to stand trial in the case.
Ashley Dawn Richards was struck and killed by an SUV while working in a construction zone near Midale, Sask. on Aug. 24.
The 18-year-old woman was originally from Lakeside, N.B.
It was her first day on the job and she was pregnant.
Keith Dunford of Regina has been charged with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
No date for the trial has been set and details of the hearing are covered by a publication ban.
