HALIFAX -- The Nova Scotia government is looking for public input as it develops a strategy to help combat sexual violence and improve services for victims.
It's asking victims and their loved ones, educators, health-care professionals and concerned citizens for feedback until July 18.
Forms are anonymous and can be filled out online or mailed to the Department of Community Services.
The questionnaire asks how services can be improved for victims and what can be done to prevent sexual violence.
Community Services Minister Joanne Bernard says sexual violence often goes unreported, but the government hopes to hear from as many people as possible.
Bernard says the three-year strategy will receive $2 million per year.
