Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Halifax man.
Gerald Gallant was last seen leaving the Dartmouth General Hospital around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Police confirm the 59-year-old man is not a patient reported missing from the hospital, but that he was last seen leaving the facility.
They say there is no information to suggest Gallant has met with foul play, but they are concerned for his well-being.
Gallant is described as a white man with black hair and blue eyes. He is six-feet tall and weighs 185 pounds.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
