Price of diesel increases overnight in P.E.I.

The price of diesel jumped overnight in Prince Edward Island following a similar unscheduled increase in Nova Scotia.

Diesel increased by 6.9 cents on the island, bringing the new minimum price to 194.2 cents a litre.

The price of gas did not change.

The island’s next price adjustment is scheduled for Friday.
