The RCMP have identified a woman killed in a two-vehicle collision in Dow Settlement, N.B.
Police say the two cars collided head on around 12:30 p.m. Friday on Route 122, near Woodstock.
One of the drivers died while being taken to hospital. Police have identified her as 24-year-old Kristen Demerchant of Scott Siding.
Her eight-month-old son, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was taken to hospital in Fredericton with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver of the other car, a 47-year-old woman, was also taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist is assisting Woodstock RCMP to determine the cause of the crash.
