Here is a list of closures, delays and cancellations for Thursday, March 23, 2017:
Nova Scotia:
- All schools in the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board are closed.
- New Ross Consolidated School is closed. All other South Shore Regional schools are open.
- All schools in the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board are closed.
- All schools in the Strait Regional School Board are closed.
- All schools in the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board are closed.
- CSAP schools in the Truro, Greenwood, Sydney, Cheticamp, Richmond and Pomquet areas are closed.
- St. FX University will remain closed for the day. It will reopen Friday at 6 a.m.
- Cape Breton University will reopen at 12 p.m. Classes beginning at 1 p.m. will resume as scheduled.
- Dalhousie University's Agricultural campus in Truro will delay opening until 12:30 p.m.
- NSCC's Amherst Learning Centre, Cumberland Campus, Truro Campus, Pictou Campus, Marconi Campus, Strait Area Campus, and Wagmatcook Learning Centre are closed.
New Brunswick:
- St. Martins School is closed due to a power outage. All other Anglophone South schools are open.
- Schools in the Sackville, Dorchester, and Port Elgin areas are closed. All other Anglophone East schools are open.
- Schools are closed in the Bathurst area. All other Anglophone North schools are open.
- Francophone Northeast schools in the Chaleur and Acadian Peninsula areas are closed.
Prince Edward Island:
- University of Prince Edward Island is closed.
- All Holland College campuses are closed.
