Police have arrested another teen in connection to a recent stabbing in Lower Sackville.

Police say the 17-year-old is facing charges of assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.

The charges stem from an incident at the Cobequid Road bus terminal in Lower Sackville around 8 p.m. Saturday.

Police say a man was walking by the bus stop when he was struck by a beer bottle. A fight ensued and police say several other people became involved in the argument.

Two people were stabbed during the altercation, including a 20-year-old who was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

The second victim, a 32-year-old man, suffered non life-threatening injuries in the incident.

Police were looking for three suspects in connection to the case and one male youth turned himself in to police around 7:30 Monday morning. He has since been released with no charges laid.

Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male Tuesday afternoon and he appeared in court Wednesday morning to face charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, carrying a concealed weapon and breach of probation.

Officers located the third teen at a residence on Joseph Young Street in Dartmouth around 8 p.m. Wednesday and they arrested him without incident.
