Smoked Sturgeon Naan Canapé and Caviar

Smoke Sturgeon Naan Canapé Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of smoked sturgeon (we used Acadian Sturgeon smoked sturgeon)
  • Mini naan bread
  • 4 tsp Lime Crema (recipe below)
  • 4 ½ tsp caviar (we used Acadian Sturgeon & Caviar caviar

Directions:

  1. Spread the crema on the mini naan.
  2. Top with smoked sturgeon.
  3. Add a dollop of the lime crema.
  4. Finish with caviar.

Lime Crema Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
  2. Add about 1 tsp of the zest and 1 Tbsp of the juice to the sour cream, along with the garlic and salt.
  3. Stir to combine and use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Store the lime crema in the refrigerator for up to one week.
