Two more people have been charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie of Moncton.
The charges were laid in Moncton Provincial Court Thursday against 20-year-old Marissa Shephard and 18-year-old Tyler Noel. A warrant has been issued for their arrests, and anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact RCMP.
Shephard is described as Caucasian with brown eyes and brown hair. She is about five feet, five inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. She has a tattoo on her neck with the name “Stephen” and a second tattoo of a heart on her chest.
Noel is also Caucasian with brown eyes, black hair and facial hair and sideburns. He is about five feet, eight inches tall with a medium build. He has tattoos on his right arm with the words “Mom,” “Dad” and “Mary” as well as a skull.
Devin Morningstar of Moncton has been arrested and was charged with first-degree murder and arson on Monday. He will appear in court on Jan. 8.
Wylie’s body was found in a burned-out house on Sumac Street in Moncton on Dec. 17.
