TRURO, N.S. – Five people have been injured following a car crashed on Nova Scotia’s Highway 102 Friday night.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. near Hilden, N.S.
RCMP say the car was travelling northbound when it left the road and rolled, ejecting two passengers. A female passenger was airlifted to a Halifax hospital in serious condition.
The other four passengers were taken to a Truro hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP say the passengers are students studying in Antigonish and are all between the ages of 20 and 21.
A section of the highway was reopened around 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
