A 57-year-old man has died after he was struck by a tree he was cutting down at a work site near Windsor, N.S.
Hants County District RCMP were called to a wooded area on Castle Frederick Road in Upper Falmouth around 7:15 a.m. Thursday.
Police say the Ellershouse man, who worked on a farm, died at the scene.
His name has not been released at this time.
The Department of Labour and Advanced Education is assisting with the investigation. Foul play is not suspected.
