Renovations extended summer for students at one N.S. high school

At least one group of high school students are getting an extra day of summer vacation.

The first day of classes for students at Cole Harbour High is being delayed until Thursday, September 4^th.

Parts of the highschool have been under renovation. The extra day will allow the building to be cleaned and give staff time to prepare their classroomsbefore the start of the school year.

Staff will report to work at the school as scheduled on Tuesday, September 2^nd.
