FREDERICTON -- A union representing nursing home workers in New Brunswick says a tentative agreement has been reached after nearly two years of negotiations.
The New Brunswick Council of Nursing Home Unions says it's hopeful the deal will be accepted by its 4,100 employees in 46 nursing homes.
Local executives will meet Aug. 8 to explain the details of the agreement.
A vote will then be held on Aug. 18.
