Saint John, NB - As the local State of Emergency rolls into its third day, the only vehicles moving in the South End of Saint John are snow plows and emergency vehicles.

Much of the snow has been removed from the uptown core, but many streets in other parts of the South End remain clogged with snow. Dozens of trucks were moving through the narrow streets this morning.

The State of Emergency means the parking ban is still in effect, and any vehicles on the streets will be towed by police.
