Police do not believe foul play was a factor in the death of a missing Port Hawkesbury, N.S., man.
Nova Scotia RCMP say the body of Patrick William Timmons, 51, was found in the Port Malcom area around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police are still investigating the cause of his death.
