New Brunswick's Grand Manan ferry is scheduled to be back up and running for June 11.
The ferry was damaged when it ran aground May 18.
It was completing its 7:30 a.m. run to Blacks Harbour when it hit the cement docks and slammed against some rocks.
The 100 passengers were safely transported onto life rafts and local fishing boats. No one was hurt, but Grand Manan residents were stranded on the mainland until another ferry became available.
The older replacement ferry is currently making five runs per day to the island until the main ferry returns to service.
The Grand Manan V is currently undergoing repairs at a shipyard in Quebec.
