People waited for up to two hours to pay their respects to Kenzie Beaton, a Cape Bretoner who was murdered in Alberta last month.
Friends and family of the 22-year-old waited patiently at the young man's wake Saturday.
21-year-old Cody Jenson of Edmonton is charged with second degree murder after allegedly killing Beaton in a hotel room after a dispute.
Beaton's funeral is set for Monday, Feb. 6 in Mabou.
