The RCMP say a 34-year-old man is dead after he was attacked in Campbellton, N.B.
Police responded to a report of a badly-injured man in a residential area near Dover Street around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The man sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to the Moncton Hospital. Police say the man has since died of his injuries.
Police are investigating the man’s death as a homicide but no arrests have been made.
Anyone who was in the Dover Street area at the time of the crime, or anyone with information about the incident, is asked to contact police.
