NEW MINAS, N.S. -- Police in Nova Scotia arrested two men and one woman and seized over $20,000 in cash and drugs after searching two homes in North Kentville and Lakeville Thursday afternoon.
Kings District RCMP together with Valley Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit seized 57 grams of cocaine, Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), hash oil, shatter, psylocybin (mushrooms), electronics and over $20,000 in cash.
Police arrested 19-year-old Vanessa Ann Coleman and 20-year-old Kyle Joseph Hubley, both from North Kentville, and 22-year-old Richard Arthur Alexander MacInnis-Hines from Lakeville.
MacInnis-Hines and Coleman facea number of charges related to drug possession and trafficking. They have both been released from custody, and will appear in Kentville Provincial Court June 6.
Hubley has been charged with breaching a recognizance. He has also been released from custody, and will appear in court June 8.
