The RCMP are investigating a suspicious incident after a man was found seriously injured in a pickup truck in Cape Breton.
Inverness District RCMP were called to Highway 105 in Glendale, N.S. just after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Police found the truck parked on the side of the highway and the man inside suffering from serious injuries.
He was taken to a Halifax hospital, where he remains with life-threatening injuries.
Police believe the truck may have been parked there since early Tuesday morning.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police.
