Ron Shaw is a reporter with CTV Atlantic in Halifax.

He studied broadcast journalism at Fanshawe College in London, Ont.

Ron accepted his first full time job in 1976 at CHSJ Radio and TV in Saint John. His career path took him to Calgary, Toronto, Kingston and Peterborough, before Ron found himself back in the Maritimes in 1984 working for CTV (then ATV) in Charlottetown.

From 1986 until 2011, Ron was a videographer for CTV in Moncton, before making the move to his current position in Halifax.
