Here is a list of closures and cancellations for Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016.
Nova Scotia
- All schools in the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board are closed.
- All schools in the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board are closed.
- All schools in the Chignecto-Central Regional School Board are closed.
- All schools in the Halifax Regional School Board are closed.
- Schools in Lunenburg County and Queens County are closed, except for Liverpool High, South Queens School and Dr. J.C. Wickwire, which will remain open.
- All schools in the Strait Regional School Board are closed.
- Schools in Digby and Yarmouth counties are closed. Shelburne County schools remain open.
- Cape Breton University is closed for the morning and afternoon. All evening classes beginning at 5:30 p.m. will resume as scheduled.
- Saint Francis Xavier University will delay opening until noon.
- Mount Saint Vincent University will delay opening until 10:30 a.m.
- Dalhousie University's Truro and Halifax campuses are closed until 12:30 p.m.
- The University of King's College is closed until 12:30 p.m.
- Saint Mary's University will delay opening until 11 a.m.
- All NSCC campuses are closed, except for Shelburne, Burridge and Digby campuses, which will open at 10 a.m.
New Brunswick
- All schools in the Anglophone West School District are closed.
- All schools in the Anglophone North School District are closed.
- All schools in the Anglophone South School District are closed.
- All schools in the Anglophone East School District are closed.
- All schools in the Francophone South School District are closed.
- All schools in the Francophone Northeast School District are closed.
- All schools in the Francophone Northwest School District are closed.
- Mount Allison University is closed until 1 p.m.
- St. Thomas University is closed.
- UNB's Fredericton campus is closed.
- NBCC campuses are closed in Moncton, Saint John, Miramichi, St. Andrews, Fredericton and Woodstock.
Prince Edward Island
- All schools in the English Language School Board are closed.
- All schools in the French Language School Board are closed.
- University of Prince Edward Island is closed.
- Holland College campuses are closed in Charlottetown, Summerside, Georgetown and West Prince. The Tourism and Culinary Centre is closed.
