MONCTON, N.B. -- The Mounties in New Brunswick are investigating the discovery of human remains in a field.
RCMP say the remains were found around 4 p.m. on Saturday by a person walking on Wheeler Boulevard in Moncton near the Church Street overpass.
Police say the major crime unit is working to identify the remains and the circumstances around their death.
An autopsy will be performed.
