DALHOUSIE, N.B. -- A 71-year-old woman is dead following a head-on collision in northeastern New Brunswick.
RCMP say the two-vehicle crash happened Thursday afternoon on Route 11 in Dalhousie Junction.
The driver of one vehicle, a woman from Eel River Crossing, N.B., died at the scene.
The driver of the other car was taken to hospital but is expected to recover from their injuries.
The Mounties say the cause of the crash remains unclear.
