The case of British sailors charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Halifax is due in court today.
They were charged with sexual assault and group sexual assault in a barracks at CFB Shearwater in April 2015.
The Crown withdrew charges against one of the four sailors, saying there wasn't a likelihood of conviction.
Three others -- Simon Radford, Joshua Finbow and Darren Smalley -- are facing the same charge.
