SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. -- A coroner's inquest will be held next month in Prince Edward Island into the deaths of a mother and her young son in a murder-suicide.
The bodies of 38-year-old Patricia Hennessey of Stratford and her four-year-old son Nash Campbell were found in a burning vehicle in western P.E.I. in June 2013.
Police said the deaths were the result of a murder-suicide and both died of smoke inhalation.
The inquest is scheduled to begin on March 9 and expected to continue throughout the week.
Coroner Roy Montgomery will hear the inquest at the provincial court in Summerside.
