Halifax police search for suspects in home invasion

Halifax police are searching for three suspects following an armed robbery in Dartmouth.
Police responded to a home in the 100 block of Pinecrest Drive around 8 p.m. Thursday.
The alleged victim, a 44-year-old woman, told police three men forced their way into her apartment and that one of them had a gun.
Police say the suspects stole cash, electronics and medications from the apartment and then fled the scene.
The victim was not injured in the incident.
Police searched the area with the assistance of a K9 unit but were unable to locate the suspects.
They are described as two black men and one white man, all in their early twenties and with thin builds.
They had each covered their faces with a bandana.
