Monday August 4:
Liquor stores, government offices, banks, and post offices will be closed.
Nova Scotia
NSLC
NSLC Stores will have regular hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Reduced store hours Monday, Aug. 4, will only affect stores in the HRM. All stores will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. with two exceptions: The Scotia Square location will be closed all day and the Mic Mac Mall location will close at 5 p.m.
All other stores in the province will be open regular business hours.
Stores will resume normal business hours Tuesday, August 5.
BRIDGES
Halifax's MacKay Bridge is fully open during Natal Day weekend, however, the MacDonald Bridge will be closed during the following times.
Saturday, August 2: from 7:30 p.m. until clean-up is complete
A shuttle service will be offered to pedestrians and cyclists.
Sunday, August 3: 8:30 a.m. – noon (The sidewalk and bike lane will remain open during the bridge closure)
Monday, August 4: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.The sidewalk and bike lane will remain open during this closure.
