The RCMP have released the identities of two people found dead outside a home in Kedgwick, N.B.

Officers were called to a home on Route 260 at approximately 9 p.m. Sunday.

Police say the bodies of 64-year-old Raoul LeClair and his wife, 65-year-old Nicole LeClair, were found outside the home.

The RCMP’s major crimes unit and RCMP Northeast District are both involved in the investigation into their deaths.

Police say autopsies have been conducted and they are continuing to gather evidence.

At this point, police say the deaths are considered sudden but police do not believe anyone else was involved.

They say further information will be released once their investigation is complete.
