Halifax Regional Police are investigating after a man was stabbed in Dartmouth Monday morning.
Police responded to a report of an injured person in the Victoria Road area around 8:11 a.m
When they arrived, officers found a 31-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to his face. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe an altercation involving the victim, two men and a woman took place inside an apartment on Jackson Road.
Investigators don’t believe the incident was random.
There is no word on arrests at this time.
