CLAIRVILLE, N.B. -- Two men and a woman are facing charges in connection with a shooting incident in Clairville, N.B.
The RCMP received a 911 call from the Adamsville, N.B. area around 2 a.m. on April 21.
Police determined an individual had been shot earlier that night at a residence in Clairville.
Frank Hannay, 44, of Clairville and Emma Lirette, 18, of Moncton appeared in Moncton provincial court Wednesday.
Hannay faces charges of failing to comply with a probation order and four counts of breaching a court order not to possess a weapon.
Lirette is facing charges of obstruction, breach of probation and failing to follow a court sentence.
Jamie Melanson, 21, of Moncton appeared in court Thursday to face charges of careless use of a firearm, assault with a weapon and pointing a firearm.
All three have been remanded in custody until their next court appearance.
The incident remains under investigation and police say further charges are pending.
