Twelve young people have been named to a P.E.I. government council aimed at increasing youth retention.
The province says the Youth Futures Council will provide input on issues affecting young Islanders and advise the premier on how to enhance existing youth-oriented programs.
The 12 members of the council are between the ages of 16 and 19.
