LOWER SACKVILLE, N.S. -- Police are asking for the public’s assistance following a suspicious circumstance involving a young boy in Lower Sackville.
Halifax District RCMP responded to a complaint of two young women approaching a 6-year-old boy in Lower Sackville Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the females, both in their early 20’s, approached the young boy and said, “your mom is sick, you need a drive home.”
The frightened boy ran to a friend’s house, and police were called.
The incident happened in the area of Rebecca Drive and O’Leary Drive in Lower Sackville around 5:20 p.m.
The suspects are described as Caucasian with long brown hair, and driving a white Honda Civic.
One of them wore ‘bunny ears’ on her head.
