The Capital District Health Authority said a patient reported missing from the Nova Scotia Hospital has returned safe and sound.
Jenna Davidson, 21, left the hospital in Dartmouth on Nov. 13 and was reported missing when she failed to return.
Capital Health said there were concerns for her well-being because she requires medication and, the longer she was away from treatment, the greater risk she was to herself.
The Halifax Regional Police and mental health mobile crisis unit were working with hospital staff to locate Davidson.
Capital Health released a statement Monday, saying Davidson had returned to the hospital safe and sound.
No other details were released.
