The RCMP are asking for the public’s help as they continue to investigate an alleged threat at a high school in New Brunswick.

Police responded to Oromocto High School around 10 a.m on June 1. Investigators say a message, which was interpreted as threatening, was found on a wall in a washroom at the school.

The incident delayed the start of the school day by two hours. Classes resumed after lunch but officers remained at the school for the rest of the day.

Police say they have been working with schools officials as they continue to investigate the alleged threat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
